- Recruitment process completed and Contract signed
- Occupational Health interview conducted i.e. Immunisation
- Preliminary clinical competence evaluation concluded by the Callas Nursing Agency clinical facilitator. Employee to be fully signed off
- Complete Callas nursing agency on-boarding process Policies and procedures
- Computer literacy assessment done
- Attend full hospital orientation program + BLS to be signed off by the Clinical facilitator as competent
- Feedback provided on all assessments done and outcomes to Callas Nursing Agency CEO
- Post deployment hospital evaluations done by Callas nursing agency Clinical facilitator and feedback provided to CEO
- Continued in-service training + development
