Employee On-boarding Program

  1. Recruitment process completed and Contract signed
  2. Occupational Health interview conducted i.e. Immunisation
  3. Preliminary clinical competence evaluation concluded by the Callas Nursing Agency clinical facilitator. Employee to be fully signed off
  4. Complete Callas nursing agency on-boarding process Policies and procedures
  5. Computer literacy assessment done
  6. Attend full hospital orientation program + BLS to be signed off by the Clinical facilitator as competent
  7. Feedback provided on all assessments done and outcomes to Callas Nursing Agency CEO
  8. Post deployment hospital evaluations done by Callas nursing agency Clinical facilitator and feedback provided to CEO
  9. Continued in-service training + development
